Honestly, the extra CD that the SE625 comes with isn’t a huge selling point to me. Yes, it is nice to have extra designs, however with the SE600 you still get 80 and they are customizable. I think that is plenty for anyone looking to get into embroidering. The nice thing about both machines is that there is a built in USB port. This feature is going to allow you to get creative. With that port you now can design an endless amount of embroidery ideas. That means that you can have way more than the 280 designs that the SE625 offers.
So, it is important for you to know yourself and your creativity level. If you feel like you are going to enjoy and be capable of designing your own embroidery designs than going with the Brother SE600 makes sense because you will end up with more designs than the 80. However, if you are looking to quickly get into embroidery and do not want to spend a lot of time editing and designing different patterns then it makes sense for you to get the Brother SE62 because you will have a very wide range of patterns and designs to choose from without having to get too creative.
